Return & Refund Policy

• We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that you can return & exchange. We will process your return or exchange. if:

• You have proof of purchase i.e. email or invoice sent with your order.

• You purchased the product in the last 7 days.

• a wrong product(s) or size (or)

• the product(s) was found damaged.

• Unfortunately, For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund products that have been washed or used.

You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs to emperiumhome.

• Due to the use of Studio lights in the shoot actual product color might slightly vary from the image and that product neither be exchanged nor refunded.

• Delivery Charges according to courier service will not be refunded.

• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products.
