We are doing everything to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your city, the estimated delivery time is between 3 to 5 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

(No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 10 working days during the busy shopping season.

On orders above the value of Rs.10,000, we may request some advance payment. Customers will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then. 

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and delivery time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect delivery address. Emperiumhome is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
